This policy covers tucupy.com and its contact and job application forms. Products operated for clients and external websites have their own privacy rules.
Data we receive
We receive the information you provide through our forms or when communicating with our team.
- Contact requests. First and last name, phone number, email when provided, how you heard about Tucupy, language and message.
- Job applications. Name, email, phone number when provided, area of interest, how you heard about Tucupy, professional links, résumé, language and message.
- Access and protection. IP address, browser and connection information, bot checks and technical records needed to operate the website and prevent abusive submissions.
- Only send information needed for your request. Avoid including identity documents, health information or other sensitive data in your messages or résumé.
How we use data
We use contact details to respond to your request and discuss proposals. We use application details to review your profile and discuss job opportunities. We also store submissions and send team notifications and email confirmations.
Depending on the activity, processing relies on steps you request before entering a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in responding to requests and protecting the website, with respect for your rights. When an activity requires consent, that consent must be specific and can be withdrawn.
How long we keep data

Temporary identifiers used to limit submissions and prevent duplicates expire after ten minutes without renewal. That period does not apply to submitted content. You can email us to ask about retention of your data or request its deletion.

Your rights and how to make a request
Brazil's LGPD provides rights to confirmation and access, correction, information about sharing, portability under the applicable rules, and anonymisation, restriction or deletion in the cases provided by law. You may also withdraw consent, learn the consequences of refusing it, object to unlawful processing and request review of exclusively automated decisions affecting your interests.
